A few steps from the Aligre market, this beautiful dark blue facade houses a vintage interior, enamelled with a few Art Deco notes. It is now the stronghold of a talented couple formed by Frédéric Lorimier in the kitchen and Camille Gouyer in the dining room, who came from the Vague d'Or - Cheval Blanc in Saint-Tropez. On the strength of this career among the greats, the chef cooks seasonal products to the millimeter (that evening, scallops judiciously associated with parsnips), delivers cooking with a line and beautiful flavored sauces (like the white butter sauce with a twist by grapefruit). In the dining room, the same playful seriousness marks Camille's service.
